Bilingual Part-Time Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) Contractor – LMFT Track

Growth Journey Therapy is seeking a bilingual, part-time Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) contractor in Pennsylvania who is on track toward LMFT licensure and interested in providing thoughtful, culturally responsive therapy in a flexible private practice setting.

This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who already has a full-time job and is looking for a meaningful part-time therapist role with scheduling flexibility, or for a clinician who is unable to work full-time but still wants to maintain a steady caseload. It is also a strong fit for bilingual and immigrant therapists who feel passionate about serving their own communities and offering therapy in a language other than English.

We are especially interested in clinicians who want to be part of a private practice without having to build and manage one on their own. This role offers the opportunity to focus on clinical care while being part of an established practice, without carrying the full responsibility of marketing, operations, and the day-to-day business side of private practice. It may also be a great fit for therapists who may want to transition into their own private practice in the future, once fully licensed, but who are not looking to take that step yet.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field
• On track toward LMFT licensure in Pennsylvania
• Bilingual required: fluent in English and at least one other language, with the ability to provide therapy in a language other than English
• Willingness to build and maintain a part-time caseload
• Experience or interest in working with individuals, couples, and families
• Comfort with telehealth and outpatient mental health work
• Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and professional skills
• Interest in relational, systemic, and trauma-informed therapy
